How to protect your personal data at work (create a working environment)?

Hello everyone, I relocated to another company. I used to take a laptop with me and connect it to the monitor (on the 1st code, on the second the result of the code). Now at work there is a strict ban on embedded devices, and I would not really like my data from the social networks to go over the network. networks, telegram, systems like LastPAss, etc.

Constantly cleaning browser caches and so on is also a joy.

A quick question: is it possible to make sure that there is a sandbox on Windows (with some kind of master password) that will prevent data from leaking to the left. Conventionally, I divide the working computer into my personal space, where I will sit where I want, and into the workflow.

Windows inside Windows, which will be hidden from prying eyes.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts, I really appreciate it.

Windows within Windows

Certainly. Any virtual machine + disk encryption (virtual machines)
Constantly clear browser caches, etc.

Why clean them? In opera, all this is easily configured so that when you close everything, it clears itself.
You can do better
Create an encrypted disk using vera crypt
Stuff opera, telegram, etc. so
that this cache is created on the cipher. disk
Bind keys for quick unmounting
And it's better to keep passwords in your head, or in another place. And not in the last pass to store

Encrypted virtual machine + VPN inside it.

Leave the laptop turned on at home and connect to it from work via rdp! Ultimate solution.
Ps I completely re-encrypted my working computer with a bitlocker so that no one would ever get anywhere.
Additional option: buy an external ssd and install the OS and everything on it, and boot from it, and not from the working disk.
