There is a site on the framework codeigniter 2 There
is no admin panel, I don’t use any forms
Ftp
If I upload something to the site I use the login panel to manage accounts and from there go to hosting management

maybe the hoster has a hole, maybe the hoster is playing around at your expense
, I have simple sites on codeigniter hanging for years without any problems,
I would move to another host in this situation
