How to protect SO file from editing?

There is a library that I decompiled and edited. How to make it impossible to decompile it after assembly? Or how to make edits unreadable?

Drive the source code through an obfuscator at least. (Here you need to be careful and not obfuscate the names that are used from the outside)
And so, who really wants to, will sort it out in parts anyway.
