How to properly write the JS code for the menu?

please tell me how to write js for the menu? There are two buttons "Materials" and "Burger button" which only appears on the mobile version. By clicking on the materials, everything works fine, but when you click on the burger, the menu opens and disappears. How to solve this problem? Code below
