How to properly write rules in firestore from firebase?

Hello, I need help from those who have already dealt with firebase. I have some information stored in the firestore and I take it from there (receive, output or write data), but the fact is that I do not have registration where I work with it, so the rules say read, write all documents. What firestore swears to me, they say, dear, everyone can come in to read, change your data. Question: how can I correctly describe the rules so that he does not swear, but also without registration? I just need to display information or get some information, thanks for the help!

Swears - it's just an inscription-warning that anyone has access to your database. If this doesn't bother or bother you, just ignore this warning.
