How to properly work with repositories when cloning in GIT?

I have 2 computers: home and work. On my home computer I have a project of two branches (master and dev), which I develop both at home and at work. Actually created a turnip for it, then created an empty turnip in the Dropbox folder and pulled it there. I cloned from Dropbox on my working computer. Actually, how should I be now to synchronize dev? That is, what would be what I have in the dev branch on my work computer through Dropbox turned out to be in the dev branch on my home computer?

Home computer <-> Intermediate repository <-> Working computer Otherwise
somehow not ok. Get yourself a bitbucket account and enjoy. They have free private repositories.
