Tell me, please, is it common to use sites built on the proposed Visual Studio templates in the production environment, or is it better to implement all the logic from scratch?

MVC is a great template for building web applications. More than enough for entry-level projects. In the corporate sector, everyone writes from scratch, but there is such a position - a software architect.
