How to properly speed up the disk subsystem on the desktop (flashcache ssd)?

I want to speed up the disk subsystem.
There is not enough money to buy a normal SSD.
I don't want to put a small solid state for the system - I read that they often fail (if the volume is limited)
I found an alternative option to use flashcache and a small SSD for caching "hot" data.
And the volume is maintained and the reliability and speed are greatly improved.
QUESTION 1 - how to connect the solid state to the mother?
dug up - such
and to it something like this and shove everything into Mini PCI-E x1
QUESTION 2 - what is the minimum amount of SSD should be to see a real increase?
it is clear that the more - the better, but here the issue price already arises

The more data you have for the cache, the larger the volume.
And about how to connect correctly, then I would take SATA - it will be determined exactly like a normal medium.

I have it on my laptop and on a PC under a 120 GB SSD system and a regular hard drive for files. Haven't had any problems for over a year now. If sata is 3, then the increase will be very noticeable.
On my laptop I have 6GB of RAM, and it happened, with swapping, it took up to 9GB and there were no noticeable slowdowns.

Buy a normal SSD for the system and don't worry about such problems. I have 120 GB in two sistemniks, I am very pleased. After HDD heaven and earth.
