How to properly set up routes in pfsense?

I think for experienced admins my question will not be difficult.
there are 2 branches.
On the first network:
192.168.224.0/19 (gateway 192.168.240.1) - for an internal network without Internet access
192.168.1.0/24 (192.168.1.190 - Internet gateway PFSENSE 2.3.2) with Internet access
On the second with networks:
192.168 .2.0/24(gateway 192.1682.1) for internal network without internet access
192.168.4.0/24(gateway 192.168.4.1) for internet access
Between them OpenVPN tunnel with addressing 192.168.10.0/24.
1. It is necessary to make sure that the tunnel is between internal networks, it is not necessary to touch external networks, this task is performed, but the routes go directly through the first network, I would like to understand what needs to be fixed so that from the 192.168.2.0 network it is possible to reach not only 192.168.224.0 but also to the outside, and then I would prohibit the outside in the access rules.
2. It is necessary to make sure that PCs with a network of 192.168.4.0 can access the Internet. External IP addresses are pinged, but domain names are not. It seems that the problem is with DNS, I tried to specify Google ones, but there is no sense in this. Perhaps the problem is something else. Perhaps because of jambs with static routes.
PS With PFSense it is a little familiar and experience in network administration practically is not present.
