How to properly server-side render with React-Redux?

Friends, hello. How to properly server-side render with React-Redux? Obviously, this approach, such as getting a get request on the '/' root directive and rendering html from view/index.jade is not suitable. I've seen some people's implementation of rendering on github and, frankly, there is no desire to dodge like that. Are there any clear and well-known concepts based on restful?
