How to properly renew a Let's Encrypt certificate for an ISP panel?

Good afternoon.
Explain how to properly renew a certificate received from Let's Encrypt to access ISPManager.
There is an ISPManager panel. It is available by domain name and by specifying the server IP address :
https://moisite.ru:1500/ispmgr
and https://1.2.3.4:1500/ispmgr
is updated correctly for the domain name ( https://moisite.ru). BUT NOT FOR THE PANEL! ( https://moisite.ru:1500/ispmgr) As the system administrator explained to me, for the panel you need to do something with "handles" every 3 months. Moreover, when accessing the IP address https://1.2.3.4:1500/ispmgreverything also works, but it's not very convenient (a notification is displayed that there is no certificate, etc.).
Please briefly describe what exactly needs to be done as part of this "manual" work to set up a certificate for access to the ISP. Is this done through the ISP panel itself or do I need to write some commands in the console? The server, by the way, runs on CentOS.
And is it possible to somehow set up a certificate renewal for an ISP once and for all, or is it necessary to do these "manual" manipulations every 3 months?

I took the domain on which the panel works, brought it to ispmanager, issued a certificate, then went to /usr/local/mrg5 and linked the certificate files to those issued in the panel.
Now the certificate is automatically reissued, the maximum that sometimes needs to be done is to restart ihttpd, which is actually the web server of the panel itself.

You did not specify the Spanish version, but in general, the Spanish itself has instructions:

I created a new subdomain, originally made it without HTTPS.
The next day, in the ISP Manager menu Settings -> Panel Addresses, I added an additional address, in the same place I created a new certificate for it using Let's Encrypt.
The trick is that this certificate is then not displayed in the list of certificates in the panel.
I don’t do anything with my hands, everything is updated by itself.
