How to properly promote a young online store in SEO?

Hello, friends.
Launched an online store of dental equipment.
The domain is a month and a half old. I try my best to create unique product descriptions. Title and Description for all products are unique.
I registered the site in Yandex Webmaster, as well as in Google Webmaster.
Somehow the site is indexed reluctantly, for the last couple of weeks I have been adding unique products, but they are not visible in Yandex.
Actually the questions:
1) What strategy to choose for the rapid promotion of the site in the search engine?
2) Is it worth using the services of SEO services, in particular 1ps.ru. They have attractive prices for registration in catalogs and collection of semantics. Is registering in directories still relevant today?

1. Make a text description for the main page to promote it for your RFQ. Increase the volume of text descriptions of categories and products. Add a block of similar products to cards. Read about optimizing titles and descriptions (now everything is bad). Prices are given in rubles (at least from ... rubles)
   
2. Definitely not worth it.

Very little time has passed, six months are needed. if everything is done correctly, the quality of the site is good, then everything will be ok. and no services are needed, they are unlikely to make the site better)
