How to properly prepare a chroot environment?

Hello! I decided to make a mini web server out of an old computer for my experiments. I did everything according to this manu habrahabr.ru/post/166375 Everything started up almost the first time, but there was a plug on the item "Tuning SSH: keys and interactive login" namely on creating a chroot environment, went to Google, re-read a lot of information, but I didn’t understand how to do it right and as quickly as possible! (Lack of experience and knowledge) I would be grateful for a small and simple man on this issue. Thank you.

Understood nothing.
Do you need lamp or ssh in chroot ?
If ssh is in chroot, google this option because you need libraries in chroot.
If this is not a lie, then you simply misconfigured the ssh configs (how so?)
