How to properly position UIWebView for iOS8 and iOS 9?

Hello,
there was a problem when developing an application, it uses the Tab Bar Controller on the controller pages there is a Bar above and below.
Here, with this placement of UIWebView https://yadi.sk/i/kHKbTYiQjA4o5 , there are no problems in iOS 8, although it is stretched over the entire View, everything is fine in the application UIWebView stands between the upper and lower Bar, but in iOS 9 UIWebView goes under them .
I tried to stretch UIWebView in XCODE exactly to the bars, at 9 it becomes ok, but at 8 there are indents from the bars :(
Who knows how to cure this?
