How to properly organize the storage of local databases in the central one?

There are three local databases, (for example) which store lists of students (full name). Lists are not repeated in local databases. How can the data from the three local databases be placed in the central database so that any of the local databases can be restored back? Maybe there are some well-established patterns by which this is implemented? or there are links where it is painted how to implement?

Since it is not clear what you want, you can create a copy of the local database on the server with a separate name. Or merge identical tables into one by adding a field-sign of the local database.
