How to properly organize the loading of prices in the online store?

There is an online store (no matter what) and there is SAP ERP in which all information about products is loaded: availability, balances, prices, weight, names, etc. signs.
We just can’t figure out how to organize the correct unloading of products with prices and availability in the online store. How do big stores do it?
1. Did in automatic mode. But in this case, a huge array of data is loaded, in which the client is lost. It is also inconvenient that some of the products in our system are signed with names for internal use, which inject customers into a stupor. There is a problem of availability when the product seems to be available in SAP and in the online store, but in fact it is reserved for a large wholesale client. Customers get angry
2. We did it in manual mode by unloading / loading from cvs, but in this case you need to do it daily (or even hourly). The problem arises when new types of products appear. Difficult to edit file with 400-500 sku

1.
a. By what signs do you determine their uselessness, cut them off when loading.
b. Hire a usability specialist.
in. Create an AutoCorrect filter. Slowly but surely you will bring the names in the directory back to normal. Checked on the market with 50 thousand products in the window and 150 in the warehouse - the names were even worse (like: cons. sard. 300g Aquam. blah blah blah).
2. Show on upload what's reserved = out of stock, what's the problem? Anything is better than bad customers.

The essence of the question is somehow not at all clear. What problems would you like to be helped to solve?
1. What does it mean, a huge amount of data and how the client is lost? And what client? If you are talking about the description and characteristics, and they (as I guess thanks to extrasensory skills) lie stupidly in the text, then break them into Property Name and Property Value, tie them to the product, and the product to the category. And in the category, set which Properties it shows and which not. Also handmade, of course, but on a different layer of abstraction. There are fewer categories than properties.
2. In order for the product names to be pretty, if necessary, you can parse all the product names on your topic from somewhere, and match them when loading. According to the model, for example, by cutting off the Cyrillic alphabet and popular words.
3. If your source (SAP) does not have availability information, where will it come from? How do you know "whether the goods are reserved at the wholesaler"?
