How to properly organize authorization in js?

Hello. When you enter the site, a script is triggered by the type of console in which you need to make authorization (like when you connect to putty / SSH externally). The page itself is in php, but the "console" is written in js, because of this I don't understand how to combine everything and connect it to the database.
