How to properly link the right links for an android application?

I am writing an application (I have little experience). I plan to parse certain information from one forum. Links of the same type - photos and information. There are 15 links to the list, but they can change. The question arises of some kind of external storage of a list of these links and updating this list so that it is less problematic for the end user. How can this be implemented? SQL? Or are there other ways that I haven't considered?

If at a glance 15 links change, such external storage will be better. File! It is enough to fix it by hand so that the finished customers download it and read the links. Get dynamic and fast.
