How to properly issue a server at customs?
The parent company in the Czech Republic has purchased servers and wants to send them to us, in the Russian Federation, already configured. To import servers as equipment containing encryption modules, you need the FSB Notification, which is issued if there is a power of attorney from the manufacturer to the importer. I applied to the Russian representation of Dell for a power of attorney, and they answered me that they do not support such operations. A question for the community who have encountered the import of servers from abroad: how is this even possible to do?

It's better to set up all the servers and make a system backup. And then send-register the servers completely empty, and then, upon receipt, a backup copy is deployed to the corresponding server, previously downloaded from the parent company via the World Wide Web. Otherwise, you will have to report on all installed software and hardware, and all this can turn out to be a very difficult "quest"
