How to properly install ubuntu server over network?

When creating a virtual machine, it is possible to install ubuntu over the network

virt-install -n name \
--memory 1024 \
--vcpus 1 \
--disk path=/data/images/name.img \
-- location =' archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/xenial/main/ install... ' \

As I found out later, this installation is different from the installation from the downloaded image ubuntu-16.04.1-server-amd64.iso .
Please tell me what needs to be done after such an installation so that the network installation from archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/xenial/main/instal... is identical to the installation from ubuntu-16.04.1-server-amd64.iso ?
PS: QXL video does not work in the virtual machine manager and spice - a black screen for machines installed over the network. And for a normal installation from an image, everything works as it should. I think there is a lot of other things there, but I don’t know about it ...
UPD
In addition, I used --initrd-inject=/data/tmp/vm-name.ks --extra-args 'ks=file:/vm-name .ks' \ and in it:
%packages
@ubuntu-server
openssh-server

BUT, after installation, I launched _tasksels_ in the console - and it turned out that @ ubuntu-server was not set - 114 packages were found and installed. Why is that?
