How to properly install Dev c++ extension?

There was a problem when installing the TDM-GCC (9.2.0) Compiler extension on Dev c ++: I install the necessary extension directly to drive C, Dev C ++ is in the same place, through " Compiler Options-> Add a compiler set by folder" I try to specify the location of the extension, but it doesn't appear in the extensions line or in the paths. Reboot doesn't help. Please help with advice if you know how to solve this problem.
Dev version C++ 5.11, Russian language, root C.
Windows version -- 10
TDM-GCC extension version (9.2.0) 32/64
