How to properly install an SSL certificate when migrating from IIS to Ubuntu 14?

Hello everyone!
There was such a question in the work on setting up ssl certificates when moving to a new hosting from IIS to Ubuntu 14.
There are certificate files:

  • CACertificate-1.cer
  • CACertificate-2.cer
  • ServerCertificate.cer
  • mydomain.com.privatekey

As I understand it, they need to be converted to their own format, but it is not clear how to do this correctly.
While converting mydomain.com.privatekey to mydomain.com.pem - understands it.
But the rest of the files that I didn’t do with them, in any way, swear and that’s it.
Maybe someone came across, maybe there is an algorithm for connecting these files normally?
