How to properly implement registration in WordPress?

Hello! I had such a need to create a registration and login of users to the site, as well as their personal accounts, through which they (users) could register their teams.
I know that reg. users can be implemented using special wordpress functions:

Most likely, I will use create_user + metadata. It is easy to write a plugin for creating metadata and a metabox, but here is how to correctly create a form ( <form>) on the site, where all the fields I need would be displayed, both the main ones provided by the engine functions (login, password, email), and additional ones, the values ​​​​of which would be recorded in the user metadata is not clear to me.
I will have to implement the registration of commands only through metadata, so please help!
