How to properly host a web application?

Good day to all.
Developed a web application using AngularJS and database and php. But how to host it correctly? If in the case of a site, then the site usually sits on some kind of CMS system and is managed with its help. But how exactly do you publish web applications that work with the database and everything else?

The web application is the same site. Loaded in the same way. CMS is the same, ready-made application that already (for the most part) works in conjunction with MySQL + PHP.
If we are talking about Internet hosting of sites, then there is a control panel from which databases are configured, and in which they give access to FTP / SFTP resources.
