How to properly format the data output logic using AngualrJS from the WP API?

Hello. There is a regular site, on WordPress. Using its API, I try to get all posts (thank God successfully) and tags for posts, which are represented by an array of the form [1,4,5,6,8,9].
How can I get data-ng-repeatall the tags for a post by matching condition?
I ask you to understand in advance and forgive me for the stupid question, but I can’t figure out what the point is.
