How to properly deploy a Python application in Azure as a web service?

Good day to all.
Can you please tell me how to deploy a Python application in Azure as a web service?
The main problem is that I don't use Flask or Django
. I spooled an application with Git to Azure, but how do I run it now? Where to designate a custom application launch command, and is it even possible?
