/usr/share/phpmyadmin/tmp/ - created a folder through the file manager, but the error remained. What to do ? Can some team fix it?

$Cfg['TempDir'] (/usr/share/phpmyadmin/tmp/) недоступен. Из-за этого phpMyAdmin не может кэшировать шаблоны и будет медленным.
