How to properly convert a photo to OpenCVSharp for later recognition?

Guys, such a question, a scanned image is input, do you need to convert it to such a form that it can be successfully recognized? (puma.NET is used for recognition)
As I understand it, I need binarization, I did not find normal literature in Russian, maybe someone has a ready-made implementation example on OpenCVSharp. I just read the help for this library and my eyes widen, how can I find only operations with images so that I can choose the ones I need for myself? binarization, remove noise, convert to bw in the end))

Use EmguCV. There, even in the examples, there is what you need.

I downloaded the latest OpenCVSharp examples, everything was compiled right away, the examples are very clear, so it turned out to be easy to find the ones I needed (binarization, b/w)! I recommend this wrapper!
