How to properly configure wildfly and nginx in production?

Good afternoon.
Interested in this moment. The site has been rewritten, it's time to put it into operation.
If everything is clear with the nginx setup - you configure the virtual host to the domain you need, and voila, (a site for internal use on the intranet), then when adding another link (wildfly), I have a couple of questions: - what domain name should wildfly be placed on? to localhost or to the same domain name as nginx?
I correctly understood that to run a single instance of the server, I need exactly the standalone configuration? And domain start is for start of a cluster?
