How to properly configure the mailer so as not to get into spam?

There is a corporate mail on Yandex. We also use it for mailings to our clients. Tell me, what settings should be done in the mail, possibly in DNS, in order to reduce the likelihood of falling into spam?

There can be dozens of reasons for getting into spam.
If you send from Yandex domain mail, the most common are:
1. dns settings. For outgoing emails, these are DKIM, SPF, DMARC. The other day a client writes to me: Strange, but some of our letters end up in spam. Mail on Yandex too. SPF record: v=spf1 include:beget.com -all (all letters, except those sent from the beget servers, are sent to spam) I write in response - It's strange that some get into the inbox ...
2. domain reputation. Each mailer keeps track of the total number of received emails from your domain and the number of spam clicks on those emails. If the number of clicks on spam exceeds 0.8-1%, the mailer considers you a spammer and may start sending your letters to spam.
3. The percentage of bad addresses in the database. If there are a lot of non-working mails in the database, more than 5%, mailers consider that the database is bad, and they can also send it to spam. Not only that, now many have stopped deleting unused mail, but at the same time they see which mail is not being used. And rank unused mail as non-working. Therefore, you need to clean from those who never open your letters.
4. Content of letters. There are many sub-points here. Ideally, the mailing letter should be in two versions, text and html, with an unsubscribe link, without caps and spam words, and a lot of nuances
Connect the postmaster mail ru, according to the data from there, you can draw some conclusions

"For mailing lists for our clients" what volumes? And so, usually special services like mailchimp, etc. are used for this. or further, the costs of such services become so high that it is cheaper to hire specialists who will raise their own server.

1. In the field of correct mail server settings, Yandex does 90% of the work for you.
2. Go through the DNS settings checklist from Yandex - check if the DNS settings for your domain are correct .
3. Another thing is that spam filters react, including to the content that you send out - here you can only advise you ... do not send, sorry: D
So Yandex also writes
And yes, use corporate mail (that is, mail , which is used in the internal business processes of the company) for sending different messages to customers - is fraught with a violation of business processes.
It is better to organize a subdomain and a separate mail service for clients, so that, in which case, not to lose the opportunity to work with corporate mail.
