How to properly configure SquidGuard in PfSense?

I currently have PfSense 2.4.4-RELEASE-p3 (amd64) configured and am trying to set up SquidGuard. He has a whole list of websites to block. But the problem is that when I send certain lists to whitelist, everything doesn’t let me into blocked sites exactly, what should I do?
