How to properly configure service monitoring in Zabbix?

The default windows service discovery collects the entire list of services on hosts.
I don't need most of them when monitoring and I tried to sort them through regexp, for example:

Expression type: Result is FALSE

But triggers on these services continue to pour into problems.
Tried to play with keep lost resources period. Put 1h - did not help.
I set it to 0 to clear it right away - it didn't help either.
What am I doing wrong?

In general, I figured out the result myself.
The odd thing is that I set keep lost resources period to 60m instead of 1h and it worked.
Why is that, I have no idea.

Why not just disable unnecessary triggers and items?
