Hello!
I have a project on Yii2 and I work in PhpStorm,
I wanted to connect SASS to the front of the project. added a watcher to PhpStorm but for some reason it does not work
and there is no error

tell me ... what is wrong here?

I have saved an instruction here, it seems to be working, try:
1. Install rubyinstaller.org
2. Run in the Ruby console: gem install sass
3. Make settings in PhpStorm - www.angarsky.ru/sites/default/files/blog-images /20...
4. To support Russian characters, add -E utf-8 to the arguments
