How to properly configure Outlook to work via IMAP with domain mail on Yandex?
The essence of the issue is that, when moving to Yandex mail servers, users began to have constant problems with the outlook process freezing, which prevents the application from opening, even after restarting the computer. It looks like this (in the task manager) the outlook icon turns gray, and until you kill it, outlook does not open. And after he killed it, it starts to open normally and continues to work for several days or weeks without problems.
then suddenly it can freeze again.
Also, incoming mail may suddenly stop reaching (although all new incoming mail is visible through the mail.yandex.ru web interface). Only creating a new profile and re-logging into the same account helps.
These problems are repeated for different users. I tried to install different versions of office, but nothing changes, the problems remain.
Has anyone encountered similar problems on the Yandex domain mail?
