How to properly configure docker and PhpStorm on os X?

I have a macbook pro 13 2019 with 8gb of memory on board.
When using docker containers, phpstorma and a couple of running node applications, there are serious performance problems.
Also, as I understand it, due to lack of memory, the system is constantly trying to write / read swap, which is why monitoring huge volumes of disk writing and reading.
A week ago I added the project directory to noindex, the load on the disk seemed to have dropped a little, but still, almost 1TB was read and written in less than a week.
