in zone A - I registered the ip of my server (fixed), do I need to change something else here?
And I registered the domain in the CNAME field, I don’t know if it was necessary?

1 your domain is not secret information and its IP too.
2. And the record was indicated - the site will already be able to work.
Everything else is no longer important.
For high-quality mail work, you will need to do SPF DKIM DMARC
