How to properly adjust the layout on the bootstrap to the layout?
I'm just starting to work with bootstrap, so I have a lot of questions. For example, the bootstrap has its own specific column sizes and how can the content in them fit the layout relative to other elements?
For example, I made a header on the bootstrap prntscr.com/ifl0x0 , stuffed the content into 4 columns. But let's say I need the inscription from the second column to be at a certain distance from the logo according to the layout. Of course, you can use a negative margin, but it seems like they don’t advise using negative values. And in general, how are these moments solved, because the layout is not always done exactly for the bootstrap?
Maybe I'm doing it wrong, please do not throw tomatoes))

If this is bootstrap 4, it's more correct to make columns without a certain width (just .col), and adjust paddings / margins on the elements. And/or even better - just classes and flexboxes, then .justify-content-between
the .row
adaptability will turn out beautiful and there will be no mess in the classes when this JCSB has to be canceled on sm . Bootstrap in the standard sense will only teach you to think in columns, cells and other restrictions
