How to properly account for equipment in a company?

Good afternoon Toaster.
Maybe someone has already worked out this process and is ready to share their experience. The situation is this. Approximately 30-40 people in Moscow at the central office. About 150 employees are scattered across the regions. We send them laptops at the exit.
Who knows what means for convenient accounting.
From Wishlist:
-Integration with AD or 1C
-Ability to print and scan barcodes (both own and factory)

Inventory of computers
With AD it is integrated, gets the list of computers and organizational structure, the list of users imports.
There is no integration with 1C. I don’t know about barcodes, I didn’t work with this topic.
If the organization is scattered across regions, then there is a client who sends information to the central database by e-mail.
Of the convenient features that I like
- monitoring changes with sending changes to the mail.
It is enough to poll once, then all the changes are sent to the mail, including about installing software or changes in the hardware configuration. Demolished the left software on the list, and then you can immediately see who put what.
