Sysadmins themselves with extensive experience, hired two more - technical support at the highest level (no girls with standard answers "clear the cache"), sysadmins always answer, the average response time is 11 minutes. Everyone who turns to support is satisfied.
We make moneyback on the first request. We all wonder what gives the hosting providers the twisting of the client's hands when returning money.
On CloudLinux servers, so that clients do not interfere with each other, but the limits are set large so that they do not rest.
There are all sorts of goodies such as caching, mysql tuning, ssd. Many speed optimizations have been made.
Every day we scan sites for viruses, shells and other rubbish, the scan results are sent to clients. We do not interfere with the content.
Prices have been set to minimum. One site, one database, etc. - less than a dollar a month.
We regularly make promotions, throw them on the forums.

Essence of the question:
We already have enough clients, hosting is our main business, but there is no big increase. Why?
We tried Google and Yandex advertising - the price for one visitor from them exceeds the price for one month with us, and no more than 10-20% become customers.
We tried the referral program, increased the percentage - it does not affect the flow of customers.
So how to promote hosting?

Who needs a shared? Who is your target audience? Maybe she just transferred?
And even if I need shared, why should I go to you (which, as I understand, few people know), and not to large competitors, who, according to reviews, have a very decent quality of forever-free rates?
If you are a sysadmin with a lot of experience, maybe something interesting should follow? Solutions to infrastructure problems are now, sort of, oh, very trendy.
By the way, it would be interesting if you told what is in "technical support" and why it is needed. Everywhere they profess it as a bonus, but I, personally, have never had to contact technical support for my questions. Most often these were questions from the series "what's wrong with your Internet\server\panel". But here it is not technical support that needs to be solved, but the absence of such problems. Plus high-quality manuals on the site.
Indeed, it is very difficult for me to receive cases of the need for technical support on shared or budget VPS.
