How to promote an interface design studio?

Hello! I would love to hear good advice from you. I founded a small studio kusnizza.ru, we focus on interface design. The fact is that the site has visits, but there are no messages about a job offer at all (0 messages for 1200 visits), although judging by the competitors, we work quite well. I would like to know your advice on possible promotions and what do you think is more effective? I see several options: finding a person responsible for sales (I'm not very sure that cold sales are appropriate here); promotion of the company group on Facebook through smm-agencies; advancement in search engines.

Perhaps it is worth negotiating with some studio that will implement projects according to your designs. Often a customer. want a turnkey project.

In my opinion, you don't have enough work for your portfolio, show high-load projects in prototyping, not a finished web design. Look at the depth of the Home page in Google Analytics, I think you have a low CTR, make the page longer if you have a landing page, it is too short for you.
