How to promote a bot for Viber without publishing?

Hello colleagues. I decided to make a bot in Viber for my project.
1. Registered on partners.viber.com
2. Wrote a bot
3. Set up a webhook
Everywhere they write that in order for the bot to be in the search and you can give a link to it, you need to publish it. I go to the Viber bot publishing service, fill out the form, and immediately after sending it to the post office, a letter arrives

Our focus from now on is on working with our official partners and other large brands, with an emphasis on those who provide services globally. Feedback from our users so far has shown a preference for bots with a clear benefit and purpose, and we believe this new direction will provide the bots our users want and need.
This explains our current position, but this policy may change in the future, so please look out for updates.
