How to prohibit the use of usb flash drives on all computers except authorized ones?

Hello. There is such a task, you need to write a program that would register usb flash drives on your computer and then check which flash drives are connected, if an unauthorized flash drive is connected, then disable it, if it is authorized, then we work. In principle, this is not difficult to do. But the problem is that authorized flash drives should not be detected and work on other computers. They should not be defined not only within the network or company (which would be realistic to implement), but also on any Windows computer. Those. I took such a USB flash drive home, I stick it into the computer and it is not detected, or it is detected but I do not have any access to it. How to do this? Maybe there are some thoughts .. I don’t see any way how to implement this ..

On a flash drive cryptocontainer. I stuck it - I decided - the container was mounted - we are working.
I stuck it in my home computer - I decided - here it is a cryptocontainer - but it is encrypted!
(if it is in a hidden/unallocated area, then it will not even be visible)
Another option is to have flash drives with a hardware lock.
You can also add a little bit of brains and stuffing in the style of USB Killer inside the flash drive . The flash drive saw someone else's computer and burned it. (It is better to coordinate with lawyers).

Zlock (of course, if there is money)

Control of the use of USB drives and flash drives can be organized through staffcounter dlp (for a fee, cloud access control to flash drives), encryption through the same bitlocker.
As a result, the employee will only use encrypted devices that are not readable outside the office.
