How to disable a feature such as automatic calling 112 by triple clicking on android? Maybe a patch? Or is there a program?

There are several options here:

1. In the android settings, search for "emergency call"
   
2. Carefully study the pre-installed programs and try to disable them.
   
3. Open the framework and find where the reaction to the button is registered.
