How to professionally generate pictures using AI from the original image?

Interested in how to professionally generate pictures using artificial intelligence from one source image. For example, there is one original picture (as in the example), and I need to get 100 pieces in the same style, similar to this, but through the prism of AI modification.

What set of libraries does this? What would you recommend looking for? Perhaps some ready-made software?

This picture is not generated by a neural network. Here are fractals and a person in the negative is shoved in. Most likely through photoshop. A neuron will not make beautiful and, what is important, various pictures for you. Do it all by hand
