How to process text with a batch file anywhere with one key (windows 7)?

Good day to all!
It is necessary to process the text, wherever it is with the help of a batch file (win 7).

Tried with TyperTask:

<шоткат>={controldown}a{controlup}{controldown}c{controlup}RUN: "<батник>"{delay=5000}{controldown}v{controlup}

But the RUN command of this utility does not wait for the completion of the batch file, you need to add a delay with a large margin of time.

Now I do everything by hand: Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C, Alt+Space(launching Launchy), <script name>, Ctrl+V. How to do it with one button?

@cser

Try AutoHotkey.
What about processing? Maybe even in the built-in language can be processed.

Ctrl-C Ctrl-V suggest looking in the direction of various clipboard managers. They are also open source. Here you can see how they are set up.
