How to process an audio recording so that Evernote recognizes speech?

I recorded the seminar on a regular mp3 player. Now I want to translate the record into a transcript. Evernote running on a smartphone does not recognize a single word. I tried different filters in the audio editor, the result is better, but Evernote still does not recognize it.
Maybe someone will advise how else to conjure over the record?

There are many other programs that translate speech into text, but then we shove the text into Evernote. Maybe I misunderstood what exactly you wanted, then forget about this answer)

No way. Reverberations in the recording and by ear are difficult to distinguish. Recorded on a regular player indoors, got a normal recording. Otherwise, typesetters would not be needed.
