How to prevent Windows from syncing time with BIOS?

Clock stopped running in BIOS.
Because of this, the system constantly sets the same time and date.

System Time Changed

Until now, I thought that the system takes the time from the BIOS only when it boots.
What can I do to keep the time out of sync?

EMNIP, with any source of time (at least manually, at least NTP), Windows synchronizes the time first with the CMOS clock, then the time inside itself with them.

Repair the BIOS, no options.

The system does not take the time from the BIOS, but from the timer chipset that is on the motherboard, and this timer is battery powered.
PS BIOS also takes time from this chipset.
Therefore, either your battery is dead, or the chipset on the board. And Windows has nothing to do with it.
