How to prevent these pages from being indexed?

Good afternoon.

There are such pages with get parameters:

/shop/stiralnye-sushilnye-posudomoechnye-mashiny/stiralnye-mashiny/ ?view=list&p=1&PAGEN_1=2

How to disable them correctly? I wrote such rules in robots.txt, but they do not work and the pages are still indexed.

Disallow: /*?view=
Disallow: /*pagen

I also look through robots analyzers, such pages are allowed for indexing. Tell me how to ban them, who understands SEO.

Thank you.

It seems to be better for you to leave pagination (pagen) for indexing, and resolve the issue with other parameters of the view type through rel="canonical" . This is a much more correct way to get rid of duplicates than not indexing.
