How to prevent the menu from opening with F10?

Arch Linux + XFCE4 + lightdm
Problem: Pressing the f10 key in the xfce4-terminal terminal emulator while htop is running opens the File menu of the terminal emulator itself instead of closing the htop program.
The problem was previously solved like this unix.stackexchange.com/questions/181864/re-map-or-...
But with the update it stopped working.
How to fix the situation?

In the terminal menu - either in the profile settings or just in the settings, there is a checkmark "quick access to the menu using F10" or something like that

As a last resort - use another terminal emulator that does not hang moronic hotkeys on function keys
