How to prevent ScrollView from working on certain Views nested in it?

For example, when I move the circleseekbar slider, the scrollview also works, thereby shifting the entire layout up, but I just need to be able to change the position of the slider.

Tried through android:scrollbars="none"- all the same, it did not work.
